You can apply to register a business name by any one of the following ways:

- faxing a business name application to Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) at (+61 3) 9627 6210
- visiting in person at Consumer Affairs Victoria's Victorian Consumer and Business Centre between 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, 113 Exhibition Street, Melbourne
- at an office near you (www.consumer.vic.gov.au)
